Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. According to the diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue syndrome;
- •2\. Men and women are not limited;
- •3\. Aged 23\-60 years;
- •4\. Informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Secondary fatigue with definite diagnosis of organic disease;
- •2\. Patients with severe affective disorder or psychiatric history or family history of psychosis;
- •3\. There are metal implants in vivo without MRI examination;
- •4\. Those who took laxatives, antibiotics and probiotics within 2 weeks;
- •5\. Pregnant or lactating women.
