Female participants;aged between 18 and 65 years; clinical diagnosis of fibromyalgia; persistent or recurrent musculoskeletal pain greater than 12 weeks; symptomatic at the time; motor independence; good understanding of the Portuguese language to answer the questionnaires
Hstory of recent trauma or fractures; tumors or a history of cancer; rheumatologic disease in an acute inflammatory phase; heart disease; use of a pacemaker; pregnant or postpartum women who are breastfeeding during the evaluation or treatment period; cognitive limitations to complete the questionnaires

Name Time Method Expected outcome 1: it is expected that after the osteopathic manipulative therapy protocol in visceral areas, there will be a greater variation in heart rate, which will mean that there was an increase in the response of the vagus nerve control.

Name Time Method Expected outcome 2: it is expected to present normal responses to the cold pressure test, with clinical implications for the improvement in the pain condition of the patient with fibromyalgia.
