Education level: Currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Participants should be regular students
Must provide consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Students who have reported clinically significant mental illness, chronic physical and neurological disease or who have been excluded based on Kessler 10 (K10) scores
