  • 2. Normal BMI and BMI 25.0-29.9 kg/m2
  • 3. Healthy
  • 4. Not regular exercise

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Smokers or drinkers
  • 2. Had cardiovascular, neuromuscular, orthopedic, liver, or renal diseases
