Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients of age group of twenty to sixty years.
- •Adult patients receiving intramuscular Tramadol injection.
- •Adult patients who are conscious and oriented.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients who are unconscious and critically ill.
- •Adult patients who are diagnose with hip fracture.
- •Adult patients who are unable to assume side lying position.
- •Adult patients who receives sedation during the day.
- •Adult patients who are diagnose with spinal cord injury.
