Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patients of age group of twenty to sixty years.
  • •Adult patients receiving intramuscular Tramadol injection.
  • •Adult patients who are conscious and oriented.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Adult patients who are unconscious and critically ill.
  • •Adult patients who are diagnose with hip fracture.
  • •Adult patients who are unable to assume side lying position.
  • •Adult patients who receives sedation during the day.
  • •Adult patients who are diagnose with spinal cord injury.
