Inclusion Criteria
- Diagnosis of primary antibody deficiency
- Bronchiectasis diagnosed by chest CT scanning
- Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Inability to give informed consent
- Active infection/ exacerbation requiring antibiotic treatment in the 2 weeks prior to study inclusion
