•1) Adult men and women aged 18-64
•2) Individuals who are overweight or obese with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 23 kg/m² or higher
•3) Individuals who have not experienced a weight change of more than 10% in the past 6 months
•4) Individuals who are able to consume the product for 12 weeks
•5) Individuals who can participate in various tests at Kyung Hee University International Campus twice during the study period (week 0 and week 12)
•6) Individuals who have no difficulty swallowing

•1) Individuals using obesity treatments or weight loss supplements
•2) Individuals with mental disorders such as depression or dementia
•3) Individuals following a diet aimed at weight loss
•4) Individuals with type 1 diabetes
•5) Individuals taking dietary fiber supplements
•6) Individuals allergic to Gelidium
•7) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
•8) Individuals with excessive smoking habits or alcohol addiction
•9) Individuals experiencing severe gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, indigestion, or diarrhea
•10) Individuals with acute or chronic illnesses or other health restrictions
•11) Individuals deemed by the researcher to have difficulty participating in the study
