入选标准
- •1)A sepak takraw players who have investigated inter-limbs asymmetry >10 %.
- •2)Both male and female, aged between 18-35 years old.
- •3)Currently healthy and free of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injury at the time of baseline measurements.
- •4) Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1)Diagnosed with a neurological condition that may affect motor performance.
- •2)Report a recent musculoskeletal injury that will restrict the performing of tests.
- •3)For female subjects, if they are pregnant.
- •4)Medication that would interfere in physical activity at the time of intervention exercise program (e.g. ergogenic or sedative drugs).
- •5)Unable to follow the experimental exercise protocol.
