Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inpatients admitted due to 1st clinical episode of cns demyelination, Inpatients or outpatients with demyelination confirmed by neuroimaging, lumbar puncture csf analysis and other serological studies supporting the diagnosis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Already diagnosed case of cns demyelination disorders, Patients with stroke or Other diseases of brain: tumor, intraparenchymal hemorrage, Patients with chronic liver disease or chronic renal dysfunction or any systemic malignancy or systemic disease, Not giving conset for the study
