- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is the job satisfaction.<br>It is assumed that the Creative Strengthening Groups improve job satisfaction. This change is analysed between the intervention and control group and in a before-and-after comparison. The two groups are interviewed at three times (t0 at the beginning, t1 after three months, t2 after six months). The questionnaire contains scales from the COPSOQ (Copenhagen Burnout Inventory, COPSOQ-Scales Nübling & Hasselhorn 2010).
