- •in the age group of 60 years and above.
- •willing to participate in the study.
- •able to follow Malayalam.
排除标准
- •Senior citizens residing in old age homes who are:
- •Terminally ill, debilitated and bed ridden
- •With severe visual or hearing impairment
- •Who are unable to communicate verbally.
- •Physically handicapped
- •With severe dementia (MoCA score=9)
- •With severe depression (GDS SF score >9)
- •With mental illness
- •Practicing relaxation techniques
