入排标准
入选标准
- •Abdominal obesity, (waist circumference >90 cm in men and >80 cm in women)
- •Hypertriglyceridaemia (S.Triglycerides level 150-600 mg/dl);
- •Low HDL cholesterol (S.HDL cholesterol <40 mg/dl for men and <50 mg/dl for women);
- •Elevated blood pressure (Systolic blood pressure 130-160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 85-100 mmHg);
- •Impaired fasting glucose (Fasting plasma glucose 100-200 mg/dl).
排除标准
- •Age below 20 and above 60 years
- •Patients suffering from type 1 Diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus & uncontrolled hypertension
- •Drug induced & uncontrolled dyslipidemia
- •Systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Carcinoma and Endocrine disorders like Cushing syndrome, Hypothyroidism
- •Patient having the past history of M.I. & Unstable Angina.
- •Patient having Clinical Features of CCF
- •Patient having the major renal or liver disorder
