- •1. Pre arthritic knee (posterior horn meniscal root tear with varus aligned knee greater than 5degrees)
- •2. Localized posteromedial joint line tenderness with confirmation of MMPRT on MRI
- •3. Varus aligned knee >5 degrees
- •4. KL grades 1,2,3 on a standing knee anteroposterior (AP) x-ray radiograph
排除标准
- •1. Varus aligned knee more than10
- •2. KL grade greater than grade3
- •3. Patellofemoral arthritis
- •4. Cruciate/collateral ligament insufficiency
- •5. SPONK (Spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee)
- •6. BMI more thAN 30
