Inclusion Criteria
1. Primi and multigravida who are undergoing simple antenatal care with normal course of pregnancy.
2. Pregnant women with gestational age of 12-32 weeks (study for minimum 2 months).
Exclusion Criteria
1.Previous caesarian section.
2.Patients with multiple pregnancy & IUGR.
3.Patients with history of ante partum hemorrhage or placenta previa.
4.Systemic disorder like hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis etc.
5.Grand multigravida.
6.Patients with incompetent cervix.
7.Patients with previous history of contracted pelvis.
8.Severe anemia, eclampsia, pre-eclampsia.

Name Time Method Garbhasamskara is the process to create a positive environment around mother and the foetus which may enhance physiological and psychological health of the mother as well as the foetus and might lead a healthy progeny. Psychological stress of expactant mother can be reduced. <br/ ><br>Better neonatal reflexes can be found.Timepoint: 1. On first visit between 12-32 weeks of pregnancy <br/ ><br>2. After 2 months of Garbhasamskara <br/ ><br>3.at the time of delivery
