Individuals diagnosed with stroke (L/R) first episode
For inpatients the patient must have two weeks admission
For outpatients the patient must be living and around the hospital and willing to attend the training and assessment sessions.
Has a caregiver who will accompany the patient for all sessions
Must have a passive range of motion (PROM) of 10 degrees in WFE WURD and FPS and 4cm for HOC assessed using PLUTO.
Must an active range of motion (AROM) in WFE/WURD/FPS or 4 cm in HOC.
Individuals with visual and auditory impairments
Individuals with uncontrolled epilepsy.
Any fixed contracture and deformity of hand
Psychiatric disorders
Comorbidities affecting hand rehabilitation
