Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Post natal 3 months to 2 years of duration
- •Age of 20 years to 40 years who delivered healthy baby
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with complications like pre\-eclampsia or gestational diabetes etc. during
- •Women operated for any of the pelvic floor disorders or abdominal surgeries within last
- •Medically diagnosed postpartum depression
- •Women with abnormal amniotic fluid volume during pregnancy
- •Women with foetal growth restriction during antenatal period
- •Women with previous history of abortion
