Inclusion Criteria
Post natal 3 months to 2 years of duration
Age of 20 years to 40 years who delivered healthy baby
Exclusion Criteria
Women with complications like pre-eclampsia or gestational diabetes etc. during
pregnancy
Women operated for any of the pelvic floor disorders or abdominal surgeries within last
1 year
Medically diagnosed postpartum depression
Women with abnormal amniotic fluid volume during pregnancy
Women with foetal growth restriction during antenatal period
Women with previous history of abortion
