The aim of presented study is to evaluate the effectiveness of sinusectomy on primary or recurrent cases comparing to the excision and primary closure (PC) technique.

•The patients underwent either sinusectomy or PC surgery was included to the study.

•The patients with missing data, under 18 years old age, who had any immune system disease, and who were treated other treatment procedures, were excluded from the study.
