Inclusion Criteria

Presence of ICD - 11 (clinician diagnosis) emotional-instable personality disorder.
Presence of a depressive disorder according to ICD - 11
Gender: male, female, diverse
Minimum age: 18
Maximum age: 25
Consent to participate
Ability to give consent
Sufficient understanding of the German language
Group ability

Exclusion Criteria

Medical contraindication to participation in group music therapy: acute suicidal tendency, acute psychotic experience, pronounced dissociative experience, no existing group ability, tendency to acoustic stimulus overload.

Subjective evaluation of group music therapy Therapeutic Songwriting (TR) at time T1: The subjective evaluation questionnaire captures patients' opinions of TS and subjective symptom improvement. <br>After each session, participants will receive a post-session questionnaire (self-administered). The questionnaire captures symptomatology, self-worth, self-efficacy, sense of belonging, and mindfulness.
