Presence of ICD - 11 (clinician diagnosis) emotional-instable personality disorder.
Presence of a depressive disorder according to ICD - 11
Gender: male, female, diverse
Minimum age: 18
Maximum age: 25
Consent to participate
Ability to give consent
Sufficient understanding of the German language
Group ability
Medical contraindication to participation in group music therapy: acute suicidal tendency, acute psychotic experience, pronounced dissociative experience, no existing group ability, tendency to acoustic stimulus overload.

Name Time Method Subjective evaluation of group music therapy Therapeutic Songwriting (TR) at time T1: The subjective evaluation questionnaire captures patients' opinions of TS and subjective symptom improvement. <br>After each session, participants will receive a post-session questionnaire (self-administered). The questionnaire captures symptomatology, self-worth, self-efficacy, sense of belonging, and mindfulness.
