- •1)severe ketosis, diabetic coma within 6 months 2)severe infection, before operation, severe trauma 3)pregnacy 4)liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (serum creatinine level>2.0mg/dL), respiratory failure 5)allergy for liraglutide, alogliptin and glargine 6)patients judged by the investigator to be ineligible for some other reason
