Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient age between 45 - 65 years.

2.Both male and female.

3.Patient with Grade 2 and 3 Knee OA. (Kellgren and Lawrence Classification)

4.Pain duration more than 3 months.

5.Pain score more than 3cm upto 8 cm in VAS.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient with any musculoskeletal injury of lower limb such as fractures or any severe deformity of lower limb like knee flexion deformity, wind swept deformity, genu varus (Tibiofemoral angle more than 10 degree), genu valgum etc.

2.Patient with pacemaker, metal implants on knee or any surgical history of lower limb.

3.Patient with intra-articular corticosteroid injection in past 3 months or oral steroid in past 1 month.

4.Patient diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoaritic arthritis, septic arthritis etc.

5.Patient diagnosed with any neurological condition like stroke, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy etc.

6.Patient diagnosed with any vascular disease of lower limb.

7.Patient with any skin disease affecting knee area.

8.Patient diagnosed with malignant disease.

9.Patient who is non-cooperative.
