1. Participants with incomplete / complete unilateral / bilateral cleft palate with repaired cleft lip.
2. Participants within age range of 4 â?? 30 years irrespective of gender.
3. Participants who co-operated and consented for speech evaluation as per the protocol
1. Participants whose cleft was a part of craniofacial syndrome.
2. Participants with obvious cognitive/ developmental disorders/ delayed developmental milestone.
3. Mentally challenged participants.
4. Participants who underwent previous surgery/surgeries for the repair of cleft palate.
5. Participants who underwent previous pharyngoplasty surgery/surgeries.
6. Participants not willing for home-based speech therapy.
7. Participants who were not willing to come for scheduled follow up.
