入选标准
- •1. Participants with incomplete / complete unilateral / bilateral cleft palate with repaired cleft lip.
- •2. Participants within age range of 4 â?? 30 years irrespective of gender.
- •3. Participants who co-operated and consented for speech evaluation as per the protocol
排除标准
- •1. Participants whose cleft was a part of craniofacial syndrome.
- •2. Participants with obvious cognitive/ developmental disorders/ delayed developmental milestone.
- •3. Mentally challenged participants.
- •4. Participants who underwent previous surgery/surgeries for the repair of cleft palate.
- •5. Participants who underwent previous pharyngoplasty surgery/surgeries.
- •6. Participants not willing for home-based speech therapy.
- •7. Participants who were not willing to come for scheduled follow up.
