Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Participants with incomplete / complete unilateral / bilateral cleft palate with repaired cleft lip.
  • •2\. Participants within age range of 4 â?? 30 years irrespective of gender.
  • •3\. Participants who co\-operated and consented for speech evaluation as per the protocol

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Participants whose cleft was a part of craniofacial syndrome.
  • •2\. Participants with obvious cognitive/ developmental disorders/ delayed developmental milestone.
  • •3\. Mentally challenged participants.
  • •4\. Participants who underwent previous surgery/surgeries for the repair of cleft palate.
  • •5\. Participants who underwent previous pharyngoplasty surgery/surgeries.
  • •6\. Participants not willing for home\-based speech therapy.
  • •7\. Participants who were not willing to come for scheduled follow up.
