Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants with incomplete / complete unilateral / bilateral cleft palate with repaired cleft lip.
- •2\. Participants within age range of 4 â?? 30 years irrespective of gender.
- •3\. Participants who co\-operated and consented for speech evaluation as per the protocol
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants whose cleft was a part of craniofacial syndrome.
- •2\. Participants with obvious cognitive/ developmental disorders/ delayed developmental milestone.
- •3\. Mentally challenged participants.
- •4\. Participants who underwent previous surgery/surgeries for the repair of cleft palate.
- •5\. Participants who underwent previous pharyngoplasty surgery/surgeries.
- •6\. Participants not willing for home\-based speech therapy.
- •7\. Participants who were not willing to come for scheduled follow up.
