Inclusion Criteria
- •.Known patient of type 2 diabetes and also preliminary diagnosed patients
- •.patients having fasting blood sugar \>126mg/dl and/or PPBS \>200mg/dl or elevated HbA1C
Exclusion Criteria
- •.Patients of any other severe illnes
- •.Patients having diabetic non healing wound,systemic infection,malignant and accelarated hypertensive
- •.Patients having severe anaemia Hb% \<7 gm%
- •.Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,end stage renal disease
