Inclusion Criteria

1) Age 60 years or above
2) Live in the study community for at least one year
3) Was diagnosed or not diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction
4) Conscious intact
5) No depression measuring by 2Q and having No for two questions
6) No cognitive impairment measured by TMSE, which scores at 23 or higher
7) Welling to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

1) Unable to take the interview
2) Incomplete questionnaire
