- •1) Age 60 years or above
- •2) Live in the study community for at least one year
- •3) Was diagnosed or not diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction
- •4) Conscious intact
- •5) No depression measuring by 2Q and having No for two questions
- •6) No cognitive impairment measured by TMSE, which scores at 23 or higher
- •7) Welling to participate in this study

- •2) Incomplete questionnaire
