Inclusion Criteria

ASA grade 1 and 2

Gestation age of more than 37 weeks

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal

All other emergency cases

Preeclampsia

Chronic hypertension

Diabetes

Allergy to drugs used in study

Contraindication to neuraxial anaesthesia

Systolic blood pressure less than 90mmhg and heart rate below 50/min

Need for general anaesthesia

Height less than 137.16cm

ASA grade 3 and 4
