1) Both male and female patients, 19 to 65 years of age
2) Persistent allergic rhinitis patient
: Presence of two or more symptoms of allergic rhinitis (rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, nasal itching and sneezing)
: Symptoms existing 4 days a week for at least 4 weeks
: Persistent allergic rhinitis with a history of at least 2 years, but the symptoms are not controlled by antihistamine treatment
: Positive reaction to an allergen in multiple allergen simultaneous test
3) After clearly explaining the purpose and characteristics of this clinical study, participants who voluntarily participated in this clinical study and signed the patient consent form
1) Those with previous history of nose-related or allergy-related diseases and treatment
: Those who have congenital deviated nasal septum, nasal polyps, acute chronic sinusitis, asthma symptoms
: Those who have used decongestants, cromolyns within the last 3 days
: Those who have taken antihistamines and anticholinergics within the last week.
: Those with experience using nasal or oral steroids within 2 weeks
: Those who have used leukotriene receptor antagonists in the last 4 weeks
: Those who have undergone Korean Medicine (acupucture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, cupping, etc) treatment to treat allergic rhinitis within the past month
: Those who have received immunotherapy within the last 5 years
2) Those who are in a serious medical condition to participate in clinical study
: Hypertension (systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg)
: Diabetes (fasting blood glucose> 126 mg / dL)
: Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine level is more than twice the normal range)
: Liver function abnormality (AST, ALT value is more than twice the normal range)
: Severe condition of hyperlipidemia, anemia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, thyroid disease, other infectious, systematic disease
: Those with past or present malignant tumors
3) Pregnancy or breast-feeding
4) Other, If the clinical researcher judges that it is inappropriate
: Those who can not use mobile applications to observe symptoms of allergic rhinitis
