1.Frequency of muscle cramps: more than once every 2 weeks irreguarding sites of cramps
2.Serum bilirubin: less than 5 mg/dL
3.Serum AST and ALT: less than 200 U/L, each
4.Serum creatinine: less than 2.0 mg/dL
5.INR: less than 2.0
6.Age is more than 18 years olds who voluntarily decide the participation of the study and sign the consent.
7.The patients who can be possible to follow up during the study periods.
8.The patients who accord with the wash-out criteria and agree to keep the restriction rule during the study
1.The patients who accompany other disease evoking muscle crapms such as vessel occlusive disease, peripheral neuropathy, postphlebitic syndrome, thyroids disease.
2.Absolute granulocyte counts: less than 500/mm3
3.Platelet counts: less than 50,000/mm3
4.The patient who have no sign of aggrevation of HCC such as fever, deterioration of liver function, abdominal aortic aneurysm, venous thrombosis
5.The patients who is inappropriated this study confirmed by researchers
6.Women who have posive urine hCG.
