Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •For semi\-intensive care unit patients 1\) 18 years of age and older 2\) no diagnosed as dying stage 3\) willing to participate in this study 4\) both diagnosed and not be diagnosed as incontinence associated dermatitis
- •For registered nurses 1\) have worked at semi\-intensive care units 2\) willing to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •For semi\-intensive care unit patients 1\) being diagnosed with pressure injury, burn, injury by accident, zoster, and abscess.
- •For registered nurses 1\) incomplete the assessment forms
