- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
Various parameters of coagulation and inflammation (vWF, platelet p-selectin,

platelet activation, aPTT, PT, FVIII:C, D-dimer, prothrombin fragment 1+2,

tissue factor, fibrinogen, platelet-monocytcomplex, C-reactive protein, monocyt

chemotactic protein, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, LDL-c, HDL-c, glucose, thrombocyte and

leukocyte count, leukocyte differentiation) will be measured at several time

points before and after FMD simulation. Does FMD influence these markers of

coagulation and inflammation?

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
All laboratory parameters will be analysed separately to determine which

parameters are influenced by FMD and how long a possible effect lasts.
