Inclusion Criteria
Patient who have Defecatory Problem with and without Urgency symptom
Resting anal sphincter pressure measuring by Anorectal manometry greater than 40 mmHg
Inform consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.communication problem or neuropsychiatric disease
2.uncontrolled heart and pulmonary disease
3.history of surgery at pelvic and anorectal areas
4.history of pelvic regioun radiation
5.pregnancy
6.spinal cord injury
7.anorectal disease
