Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •high blood pressure SBP\>\= 130 mmHg or / and DBP \>\= 90 mmHg

Exclusion Criteria

  • •no history of cardiovascular disease
  • •no psychiatric problems
  • •resting heart rate more than 120 bpm
  • •resting systolic blood pressure more than 180 mmHg or / and diastolic blood pressure more than 100 mmHg
  • •pregnancy woman
