Inclusion Criteria
- •high blood pressure SBP\>\= 130 mmHg or / and DBP \>\= 90 mmHg
Exclusion Criteria
- •no history of cardiovascular disease
- •no psychiatric problems
- •resting heart rate more than 120 bpm
- •resting systolic blood pressure more than 180 mmHg or / and diastolic blood pressure more than 100 mmHg
- •pregnancy woman
