Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •In order to take part in the study, the subjects have to agree to participate in the study and to sign the informed consent form approved by the ethical committee. Inclusion criteria for selection of the subjects were as follows university football players in the age group of 18 â?? 25 years, chronic (\>\=2 months) Knee pain 4 to 8 pain intensity in visual analog scale were included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with severe musculoskeletal, neural, somatic and psychiatric conditions, waiting for knee surgery, having alcohol or drug abuse, involving in other weight and balance training program were excluded from the study. The subjects with other soft tissue injuries, fracture at the lower limbs and pelvic bone, deformities were also excluded from the study.
