Patients can be addressed; patients understand the questions;

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Psychosocial burden of patients treated with a curative approach in contrast to patients treated with a palliative approach.<br>The psychosocial burden is measured by a modified KAB (Müller, 1993), validated by a distress thermometer (Rothe el al.) and supplemented by the health-related quality of life (measured by QLQ C30 of the EORTC).
