Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Clinically diagnosed with middle cerebral artery infarct
  • •stroke longer than 6 months
  • •Presence of upper limb flexor synergy component
  • •Brunnstrom stage 2 or above
  • •spasticity more than 1\+ by Modified Ashworth Scale
  • •Able to understand the verbal commands

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Allergy to kinesiology tape
  • •2\.A score of \<2 on the Modified Ashworth Scale
  • •3\.Any sensory issues/ impairments
  • •4\.Acute stroke \< 6 months
  • •5\.Presence of any mental disorders
  • •6\.clinically diagnosed Central nervous system infection
  • •7\.Any skin infections
  • •8\.Diabetes mellitus
  • •9\.Any recent trauma or surgery
