Age 9-35 years.
Emmetropic patients with unaided visual acuity 6/6.
Convergence insufficiency symptom survey (CISS) score more than 16.
Receded near point of convergence more than 7.5 cm.
Exophoria at near (4-prism dioptre greater at near than distance).
Insufficient PFV at near (PFV blur / break of more than 15 prism).
Willingness to participate in the study.
Convergence insufficiency patients previously treated with orthoptic exercise or pencil push-up exercises.
Constant strabismus.
History of strabismus surgery.
Prior refractive surgery.
Vertical phoria > 1 prism dioptre.
Manifest and latent nystagmus.
Systemic diseases known to affect accommodation, vergence and ocular motility such as graves thyroid disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis myasthenia gravis

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ear point of convergence: <br/ ><br>a. Any value less than 7.5 will be considered cured. <br/ ><br>b. Improvement of 4 or more from the baseline will be considered <br/ ><br>improved.Timepoint: 6 weeks
- Secondary Outcome Measures
