Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA I & ASA II.
2.Female patients aged between 18 and 65 years.
3.Diagnosed case of breast cancer
4.Scheduled for MRM
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patientsâ?? refusal for block
2. Patients with known allergic reactions to local anaesthetics
3. Patients with history of coagulopathy
4. Patients with infection at the block site
5. Patients unable to understand and express
6. Pregnancy
7. ASA III and IV

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To draw comparison between the post operative analgesic effect of Pectoral nerve block vs Erector Spinae Plane block in MRM. <br/ ><br>2. To compare the analgesic consumption in the first 48 hours following each block.Timepoint: 0 minute, 30 minute, 1,2,4,8,24,48 hours postoperatively.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare the intraoperative hemodynamics between the 2 groups. <br/ ><br>2. To study the side effects in relation to both the blocks.Timepoint: Every 5 minutes intraoperatively.
