- •1)patients with dialysis or peritoneal dialysis 2)valvular disease nessesary to operation 3)HCM or DCM 4)History of myocardial infarction or angina before registration. Hiiistory of revascularization. 5)Coronary angiography or CT angiography within 2 months before registration 6)drug hypersensitivity with Tetrofosmin or analogous drug 7)Difficult to study Gated SPECT due to arrhythmias 8)Contraindication of adenosine such as spasmodic asthma 9)Unsuitable for registration by investigator
