Inclusion Criteria

All adult patients above 18 years of age who had undergone PEG tube placement or PEG tube exchange between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2023 at the Gastrointestinal endoscopy unit, King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of previous gastric surgery
2. uncontrol bleeding tendencies defined by plt count <50,000 or INr >2.5 after correction.
3. no inform consent
