Patients with diagnosis of radiologically verified grade III or IV
osteoarthritis according to the Kellgren-Lawrence Grading Scale who are not willing or not
fit for knee replacement due to concomitant comorbid medical diseases
Multiple joint involvement,
History of knee surgery
Experiencing acute knee pain with inflammation findings
Connective tissue disease affecting the knee joint
Serious psychiatric disorder or neurological disease
Sciatica
Current use of anticoagulant drugs
Having received intra-articular steroid or hyaluronic acid injection within the previous 3 months.
Patient not willing to participate in study
Allergy to duloxetine.

Name Time Method Comparison in improvement of quality of Life by WOMAC score in both groups.Timepoint: 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months
