Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient in late adolescent stage (16\-25 years); \> CVMI 4 (deceleration)
- •Unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbite
- •Maxillary transverse deficiency
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with systemic problems and under medication
- •Poor oral hygiene patients with physical and psychological limitations
- •Craniofacial anomalies
- •Previous orthodontic treatment
