Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Only healthy adults, aged between 18 and 60 years and able to walk, stand and carry a crate of 5kg barefoot, in a control\- and in an unstable shoe, are included.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Subjects with musculoskeletal disease (scoliosis, amputation, acute/ chronic pain), neurological disease, a body mass index \<18 or \>30 or Diabetes Mellitus type I or II are excluded. Subjects are also excluded if they are pregnant or have practical experience with unstable shoes (MBT, Reebock easy tone, kyBoot, Joyssy, Joya, Sketcher’s Shape Up).
