Patients scheduled for elective shoulder surgery in a beach chair position under general anesthesia
(1) Under 18 years of age, over 100 years of age
(2) pregnant women
(3) If you are allergic to the drug used in the study or contraindicated
(4) If the patient's mental is not alert or unable to communicate before surgery
(5) If you are taking a vasopressor to maintain your blood pressure before surgery
(6) Severe obesity with a body mass index of >35 kg/m^2
(7) ASA classification IV or higher
(8) If PVi cannot be accurately measured due to atrial fibrillation
