Inclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension > 20 years
2.ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital
3.Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation
4.Participants already informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of bleeding disorders
2.Thrombocytopenia; platelet count < 140,000/mm3
3.Placenta previa
4.Asthma
5.Allergy to aspirin
6.Planning to delivery in other hospitals
