- •1.Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension > 20 years
- •2.ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital
- •3.Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation
- •4.Participants already informed consent
排除标准
- •1.History of bleeding disorders
- •2.Thrombocytopenia; platelet count < 140,000/mm3
- •3.Placenta previa
- •5.Allergy to aspirin
- •6.Planning to delivery in other hospitals
