Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension \> 20 years
- •2\.ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital
- •3\.Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation
- •4\.Participants already informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of bleeding disorders
- •2\.Thrombocytopenia; platelet count \< 140,000/mm3
- •3\.Placenta previa
- •5\.Allergy to aspirin
- •6\.Planning to delivery in other hospitals
