Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension \> 20 years
  • 2\.ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital
  • 3\.Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation
  • 4\.Participants already informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.History of bleeding disorders
  • 2\.Thrombocytopenia; platelet count \< 140,000/mm3
  • 3\.Placenta previa
  • 5\.Allergy to aspirin
  • 6\.Planning to delivery in other hospitals
