Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pregnant woman with chronic hypertension \> 20 years
  • •2\.ANC and planning to delivery at Khon Kaen Hospital and Srinagarind Hospital
  • •3\.Carrying a live, structurally normal, singleton fetus between 13 to16 weeks of gestation
  • •4\.Participants already informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of bleeding disorders
  • •2\.Thrombocytopenia; platelet count \< 140,000/mm3
  • •3\.Placenta previa
  • •5\.Allergy to aspirin
  • •6\.Planning to delivery in other hospitals
