Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Willingness to participate in the study voluntarily after signing written consent
  • •Clinical diagnosis of chronic low back pain
  • •History of Low back pain for a period of 3 months
  • •Average pain intensity of at least 40 mm on VAS (0\-100 mm) in the last 7 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Routine use of pain relieving drugs for other diseases
  • •2\.Protrusion or prolapse of one or more intervertebral discs with neurological symptoms
  • •3\.History of previous spine surgery
  • •4\.History of infectious spondylopathy
  • •5\.Low back pain because of malignant or infectious disease
  • •6\.Trauma/ Injury on Low Back
  • •7\.Congenital deformity of spine (without minor lordosis or kyphosis or scoliosis
  • •8\.History of osteoporosis with compression fracture
  • •9\.History of spinal stenosis
  • •10\.Physiotherapy in the last four weeks or planned during trial
