Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Willingness to participate in the study voluntarily after signing written consent
- •Clinical diagnosis of chronic low back pain
- •History of Low back pain for a period of 3 months
- •Average pain intensity of at least 40 mm on VAS (0\-100 mm) in the last 7 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Routine use of pain relieving drugs for other diseases
- •2\.Protrusion or prolapse of one or more intervertebral discs with neurological symptoms
- •3\.History of previous spine surgery
- •4\.History of infectious spondylopathy
- •5\.Low back pain because of malignant or infectious disease
- •6\.Trauma/ Injury on Low Back
- •7\.Congenital deformity of spine (without minor lordosis or kyphosis or scoliosis
- •8\.History of osteoporosis with compression fracture
- •9\.History of spinal stenosis
- •10\.Physiotherapy in the last four weeks or planned during trial
