The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of motor relearning programme and PNF on upper extremity functional recovery and hand function among adults with stroke in brunnstrom stage-II, Stroke often leads to significant upper extremity dysfunction, impairing independence and quality of life. While PNF and Motor Relearning Programs (MRP) both shine as rehabilitation methods for stroke patients, there’s really little direct evidence comparing which one works better for clients who have Stage II on the Brunnstrom scale. These folks struggle with not much voluntary movement, and use muscle patterns that get them into trouble. We’re going to find out some super cool evidence showing how these new techniques might really help hands work better, quality of life go up, make muscles stronger, balance improve and coordination become more slick.

  • Age-45-65years
  • All genders.
  • Willingness to participate in study
  • Upper extremity weakness
  • Acute and Subacute
  • Able to understand and follow commands (MMSC Score more than or equal 24).

排除标准

  • subject with cerebellar lession
  • dislocation or subluxated shoulder
  • contracture or deformity of the upper extremity
  • trauma or injury to upper extremity
  • chronic stroke
  • recurrent stroke.
