- •Diagnosis of binge-eating disorder or binge-eating disorder of low frequency and/or limited duration according to DSM-5
- •Informed consent
- •Availability of a smartphone (Android) and Internet access
- •Sufficient German language skills

- •Severe mental disorder
- •Severe physical disease
- •Previous or planned surgical obesity therapy
- •Medication that impacts weight or eating behavior
- •Current psychotherapy
- •Current participation in structured weight loss treatment
- •Pregnancy or breastfeeding
