In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria:
1. Patients in the age group of 18-80 years;
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients younger than 18 or older than 80 years;
2. Patients suffering from chronic diseases or serious physical illness;
3. Patients with medically explained symptoms;
